We've been married for two months now, and people are still talking about our first dance and how we did it! Sayings like "that's the best first dance I've ever seen" and "you two should be on 'So You Think You Can Dance' Couples Version" came out of people's mouths. I've taken some dance lessons, and a lot of them feel so impersonal, so when we decided to try Franco at NY Wedding Dance, we felt like we won the jackpot. It's a smaller studio, and everyone there was so welcoming. We came in with the crazy idea to do a latin dance for our wedding, not sure if we could pull it off. We both have rhythm, but definitely were not "dancers". Every week got better and better, we started coming 3 times a week because it was addicting. By the end we had lifts, turns, dips, and we even decided to change into costume for our first dance because our clothes couldn't handle the routine (think dirty dancing meets Saturday Night Fever)... We've now turned our family and friends onto taking lessons for themselves because they saw what a great experience we had. Nathan, Franco and the rest of the staff, THANK YOU!!!!!
